Projects

MÜLLER UK & IRELAND

Challenge: Perceived as old and traditional, consumers lacked excitement for the iconic brand but loved the nostalgic portfolio. 

Solution: Reaching 46.5m accounts with the influencer focused social media campaign, I led the launch of the new limited edition products repositioning the brand and making Skyr yogurt exciting again (winning Product of The Year and severalother awards). 
Putting the brand at the centre of our consumers mind, we revolutionised Müller Corner with a dynamic nationwide Out-Of-Home campaign, supported by a 30” radio advert. Going live on Kiss, Magic, Heart, Capital and Spotify, the question that got consumers talking: are you a dipper or a tipper? I played a pivotal role in Müller's sports marketing initiatives, overseeing brand ambassador engagement at Müller-sponsored British Athletic events, working closely with BBC, British Athletics and our Olympic Athletes.

ROLLS-ROYCE MOTOR CARS

Challenge: Keen to sell but new to the world of luxury and selling, the new dealership recruits needed a 360 introduction to the world of Luxury and Rolls-Royce to ensure they could maximise and unlock business success.

Solution: Implemented tailored coaching programs for the global network, focusing on refining sales techniques specific to the Rolls-Royce portfolio. These programs were designed to elevate dealership performance, resulting in remarkable monthly revenue boosts of up to £3.7m.

TEMPLE OF INCENSE

Challenge: Struggled with stagnant growth and low social media engagement, lacking a clear direction on how to expand their product portfolio and increase revenue.

Solution: Collaboratively strategised business approach, crafting a compelling sell-in presentation to secure listings in retailers such as Planet Organic and other boutique outlets. Restructured social media strategy with defined content pillars and collaborated with influential figures including Vex King, Kaushal, Lily Singh, and more. Launched a festive NPD to drive revenue and elevate brand positioning with premium branding. Closed the gap between online presence and in-person consumer engagement by actively participating in exhibitions.
